Outstanding agents offering a new approach to real estate!
Meet Lynn Fillingham
For Lynn FIllingham, thinking outside the box comes naturally. Combine that with 10 years of real estate experience, numerous top producer awards, excellent leadership skills, and a lifetime of residency in the Jackson area and you have the most innovative broker in town piloting Marketplace Real Estate.
Lynn grew up in Jackson and Madison, and has raised two sons in the area. While she was raising children, she had multiple opportunities to move to other parts of the country. None could compete with the "safe environment" that Madison offers for families.
Lynn and her husband, Frank, are partners in real estate and in life. They are both motivated to offer impeccable service to their clients, and they set a high standard for the agents they work with.
Lynn's introduction to the industry came when an art teacher encouraged her to get into the business for the good of her customers. From then on, she found protecting buyers and sellers from bad investments her "mission field." She says that her approach to real estate is refreshing to her customers because she's not only a strong advocate for them but offers support and encouragement all through the process. She has now taken the same passion for her clients to the next level as she works hard as an advocate for her agents and the value they bring to the table. Lynn's innovative approach to real estate is the reason Marketplace is well-equipped to exceed all expectations.
